I offer an initial 20-minute phone call to learn more about my services and to figure out if I am a good fit for your needs.

Individuals
$190/session (50 minutes)

I am occasionally able to offer a sliding scale ($125-$170). Please let me know if you are seeking a sliding scale. For low-cost therapy, I recommend checking out these therapy clinics.

Telehealth and In-Person
I am currently offering sessions over telehealth (phone or video) to clients in the state of California and in-person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in San Francisco (Castro neighborhood).

Insurance
I currently do not accept insurance and am not an in-network provider for any insurance companies. For PPO/POS/out-of-network insurance plan options, please check with your insurance company to understand what is covered. If your plan covers out-of-network services, I can provide you with a statement of services ("superbill") for you to seek reimbursement. HMOs typically do not offer out-of-network therapy coverage.
